It would appear that the general public in SA will tolerate anything until it hurts them. Which it never does.

Lets take the banks for example, they are on a daily basis commiting fraud and stealing from us. The government helps them get away with it and we do nothing.

We are starting a class action suit against bank...s, so please pass this on to your friends, family and acquaintances.

The majority of lawyers will not assist you as they get their food from the banks. They also say well you do owe the money don't you. That is not the point.

Research the following words:

Aggregator

Special purpose vehicle (SPV)

Securitisation

And you will learn the following:

The banks fraudulently sell your signature, without your permission, to raise money- At this stage your debt is paid, so why pay every month on something that has been settled, this is theft. When you default on your loan that has been settled, they attach your house illegally using the sheriff who should know better and not attach it, as the debt was paid

How is it done:

Basically the aggregator buys the debt- your bond or car loan and puts it into the SPV, with a load of others, and then sell it to investors. It is at this stage that your bond is settled. the banks give the original contract to the aggregator via the SPV.

LETS STOP THIS NOW. Look at Iceland and Greece, to name but a few.

This is also money laundering!
