Collaboration is about asking members for answers or assistance and responding to their calls for the same. In addition you may want to share a particular idea with the network in order to gauge the response or to get further input from someone else's perspective.

What is "Ask a Question"?  It is a function that makes it easy for you to ask the community to share information, advice and expertise. It’s a fast and simple way to tap in to the knowledge base that people in the network have – and to solve your challenges.  If you’re looking to find out how to do something, or trying to find information or source something -  or you’re just looking for a reference or advice, post it in the Ask a Question section. Someone in the network is sure to let you know how they can help.

How do I Ask a Question? Simply click on Ask a Question in the sub menu under the Collaborate tab. Type in your question and post it to a category. Your question immediately appears in the Ask a Question section of the site and is visible to the wh*** network.

How do I see the answers I get? You’ll get alerted to responses to your questions in your Inbox. Or open up your question on the site to track the answers you get.[NB: Check to ensure that your Inbox has accepted notifications from MyGenius to avoid responses to your questions getting blocked by your Inbox or routed to your Inbox junk mail.]

How do I Share Ideas? Simply click on Share Ideas in the sub menu under the Collaborate tab. Click "Add Idea" and post it to a category. Your idea immediately appears in the Share Ideas section of the site and is visible to the wh*** network.
