About Me or My Organisation

We are legal professionals and started out our careers as prosecutors and magistrates, and then ventured into the corporate field. With combined corporate experience of some 32 years, we specialise in labour relations management, employment law, risk management, legal compliance and strategic planning and management.

Clients come from a variety of industries, including retail, wh***sale, hospitality, travel, advertising, private education, construction, property development and engineering. We offer advice and provide practical assistance to businesses relating to all employment-related queries, risk management and legal compliance.

We also provide assistance with the drafting and implementation of employment contracts, policy doc**ents, disciplinary procedures, restructuring processes, etc. We are available to chair and advise on disciplinary hearings and further conduct labour relations training - ranging from half-day presentations to highly interacive 2-day disciplinary, incapacity and dismissal workshops.

We have recently expanded and our services now also include legal / business consulting in areas of risk management; commercial contracts; company secretarial services; strategic planning; restructuring; administration of property- and housing developments; dealings with financial institutions; shareholding agreements; business plans; business rescue inititatives and administration.
