Johannesburg, South Africa – 26 April 2012 – Talk2Us is hosting their annual Roadshow and we are hitting Jo’burg, Cape Town and Durban.

Our Roadshow aims to showcase our exciting new offerings, which are based on international best practice for internal communications, including digital tools, such as SnapComms, that we have brought exclusively into Africa.

Another one of our offerings that will be discussed is the Telescope. The Telescope focuses on key elements that underpin the delivery of an optimal internal communication service to the company; these key elements are as follows:

• People – practical advice on how to organise and structure an internal communication division
• Positions & Purpose – defining the purpose of the division and developing a strategic approaches to internal communication that is aligned with company strategy
• Processes & Procedures – providing templates, toolkits and internal communications processes required to support the role of the division.

This year we also officially launched our Interaction Academy, which is designed to assist and coach management on effective communication skills to enhance the quality of the interaction with their employees. Courses range from conflict resolution, to change management and working in a multi-generation workplace.

The 2 ½-hour session will be of great value to Senior Internal Marketers & Communicators and HR Practitioners, where we’ll showcase state-of-the-art tools, techniques, methods and skills-development products, acknowledged globally as best practice.
